Sabalamby Unnayan Samity (SUS) has been working for establishing women rights in its working area especially to bring the change in their life, to remove the deprivation, to empower economically, politically and socially as they can stand by their own capacity in the society with dignity and justice. During the period, SUS has enabled to make itself as an organization that acts for establishing women rights. SUS is raising awareness at group and individual level, creating a sensible environment at family level, sensitizing community, making effective linkage with relevant institution and creating an enabling environment for social movement towards equal and equitable society. SUS is working for changing gender role in the family as well as in the society. Some changes have been started in different working areas of the organization. SUS has five years strategic plan to go forward. In addition, the organization is working as per strategic plan and by keeping good cooperation. Practicing of different policies of the organization is supporting as organizational changes.
