The day started with a detailed session from 9:00 am, where they received updates on our systems for book-keeping and held productive discussions with our finance team about reporting practices. Their observations and feedback were insightful and appreciated by the team.
Following lunch, continued with a series of interactive sessions. The participants shared valuable information about the way forward for the program, the role and vision of the SMC itself, and the collaborative efforts with the Consortium.
During this time they distributed education scholarship. Funded by Marianne Hofsten Scholarship Fund and SUS support group, Sweden, At this time, Anna Lena and Kjell Johansson were present and awarded scholarships. They also participated in a session on Capacity Development Training, which emphasized building skills and strengthening our organizational practices.
The day concluded with a recap and feedback session with the SUS staffs and management team, where reflections and ideas for future improvements were exchanged. We are truly grateful for their time, guidance, and continued support as we work together toward stronger systems and greater educational opportunities for all.
